Covid 19 Update School Closure

Following an announcement today (18.3.20) from the First Minister, all schools in Scotland are anticipated to close on Friday 20th March 2020. The date for re-opening has not been confirmed.

We understand that this is a difficult time for all our families and staff but we are grateful for all the continuing support from our school community.

We have prepared a suite of home learning activities which can be accessed via our website within our Pupil Zone tab. These are age specific but will be reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis.

Primary 4-7 have been issued with GLOW username and passwords. Instructions of how to access GLOW are also included on the Primary 4-7 home learning pages. Primary 1-3 details can be issued for GLOW on request from Friday.

The Senior Leadership Team will continue to be contactable through our email addresses which are available on the Contact Us section of the website. These emails should be used in the first instance as the office email may not always be reachable.

Please note that all staff are under the same pressures as parents and carers in these unprecedented times and may not be able to respond immediately to queries.

Our main lines of communication will continue to be the Website, the app and Twitter. Twitter will remain a means for us to disseminate information rather than answering official enquiries. We will continue to update parents/carers on the situation in a timely manner.
