Options for Primary Registration for Session 2022/23 will include an online form, in addition to the current paper form. Parents / carers will be able to access this form by visiting http://my.pkc.gov.uk/service/Primary_school_registration Any evidence will be uploaded as a scan / photo and submitted to the school along with their registration form.
